With just eight days left until the 6 a side football World Cup kicks off, we are absolutely thrilled to reveal the very latest photos of the stadium as it rises to tower above the sea in Rethymno.
In the week since construction started on the idyllic tourist beach that will share its home with the thousands of supporters who come from all over the world to watch the matches, a huge amount of work has taken place as our crack team of builders have begun to create the temporary home of Socca.
As our gallery shows it is really taking shape, and it will be a world-class stadium ready for kick off at midday on 12th October..
The incredible structure, right on the shores of the Mediterranean, is the most ambitious project of its type ever undertaken, and will house all the thrilling matches over eight days of mouth watering action.
